We specialise in creating memorable birthday parties and special events by delivering high-quality role play villages directly to homes, village halls and community venues.
Our aim is to offer flexible packages to suit every budget, allowing customers to hire equipment only or experiences complete with party bags.
Stay and Play sessions also available. We could be popping up near you.

Our Story
Where imagination comes to life...
The Little Cotswold Village was created from a simple idea: to give children the opportunity to step into a world of imagination, creativity and endless possibilities.
Designed by a qualified childcare professional with over 20 years of experience, The Little Cotswold Village has been thoughtfully created with children's development, interests and enjoyment at its heart.
We believe some of the best childhood memories are made through play. Whether children are serving their first customer in the café, shopping in the supermarket, caring for animals at the farm, building something amazing in the builder's yard or heading off on an adventure at the campsite, every scene encourages children to explore, create and learn through imaginative play.
More than just play
Our role-play village has been designed to support children's confidence, communication, creativity, independence and social skills, while allowing them to simply have fun and be themselves.
Each scene provides opportunities for children to take on different roles, use their imagination, develop their own stories and learn through real-life experiences.
What started from a passion for children's learning and imaginative play has grown into a unique pop-up role-play village, bringing magical play experiences directly to children's parties, events, nurseries, schools and community celebrations.
We take care of the delivery, set-up and collection, allowing you to relax and enjoy watching the little ones explore their very own village.

The Little Cotswold Village provides equipment hire, delivery, set-up and collection only.
We do not provide staff to supervise the children during your event.
Children must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parent, carer or an appropriate adult appointed by the event organiser at all times.

Our village is designed primarily for children aged 1–7 years, although older children may also enjoy joining in the imaginative play.

We are a pop-up service, so we bring the village to you! We can deliver to children's parties, weddings, events, nurseries, community days and other celebrations. There is free delivery and collection within 15 miles radius of GL545TX.

Each village scene requires approximately 3m x 3m of space. The total space required will depend on how many scenes you book.

Yes! We deliver the equipment, set everything up ready for play and return afterwards to pack everything away and collect it.

Every piece of equipment, props and role play equipment is thoroughly cleaned and checked before and after every hire, ensuring your little ones can enjoy their magical role plat experience in a clean and well-presented environment.

Party bags are included in selected packages. These will be prepared according to the package you choose.

Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of their children at all times while using The Little Cotswold Village equipment. Our role is to deliver, set up and collect the role-play village unless a staffed session has been specifically agreed. Children should never be left unattended while using the equipment.

Our standard party hire includes 2 hours of role-play fun. We arrive beforehand to set everything up, so your Little Cotswold Village is ready for the children when the party begins. After the session, we return to pack everything away.
If you’d like the village for longer than 2 hours, extended hire may be available—just get in touch to discuss your plans.

We usually allow approximately 1 hour before your party to set up The Little Cotswold Village, and around 1 hour afterwards to pack everything away.
Please make sure we have access to the venue during these times so we can have everything ready for your little guests to enjoy.
